Activate qikify Contact Form app in theme after saving your settings

Enable qikify Contact Form App after setting up

After saving Contact Form settings, you need to activate our embed app on Shopify Theme Editor to make your form visible in your storefront. Follow the instruction below to enable app:

Step 1: After you save your settings in-app, the “Enable Embed App” pop-up will appear. Click on the “Activate app in theme” button

Step 2: Switch on the toggle to activate the Contact Form app



Step 3: Click on the “Save” button to save your changes

As soon as you change the active theme, Contact Form needs to be integrated into a new one. You need to reactivate app on Shopify Theme Editor to make Contact Form visible on your store.

Step 1: In Shopify Admin, select Online Store > Themes > Click on the “Customize” button

Step 2: Click on “Theme settings” > Choose “App embeds” > Turn on the toggle to activate app

Step 3: Click on the “Save” button to save your changes
