Custom Cart
Normally, Shopify does not allow users to change the product quantity and variant when they're on the Checkout page. So customers have to turn back to the Cart page just to adjust it, which wastes too much time and may cause them to feel too complicated.
Thus, we've launched this Custom Cart extension. With this extension, your customers can adjust the product variants or the quantity while they are still on the Checkout page.
1. General settings
- Allow changing cart product's variants: Tick on this option to allow customers could change the product's variants.
- Allow changing cart product's quantity: Tick on this option to allow customers could change the product's quantity.
- Not allow to change the item quantity in cart to 0: Tick on this option to hide the "Remove" button and not allow customers to change the product's quantity to 0.
- Always show product option change: Once this option is chosen, the product options will always show.
- Display the customize cart action as popover: Instead of displaying changing quantity and variant option as inline fields, this option makes changing options display as a popover (see the picture below).
2. Conditions
Add any condition to display the Custom Cart extension on the checkout page. The Custom Cart will only show up if it meets all conditions (all rules pass) or one of the conditions (any rule passes).
3. Upselling options
After setting the Custom Cart and whenever you create a new discount, please press on the Sync discounts button to allow our app sync the discounts from Shopify.
- Upsell with subscription selling plan:
When the product in cart has the subscription but buyers add it as a one-time purchase, our app will show this discount badge to encourage buyers to click on that discount badge to update the product to the subscription box.
- Upsell with quantity-based discount:
This discount badge content will display if the product quantity in customers' carts is more than one.
- This discount badge was taken from your Shopify Discounts.
- This feature only supports "Automatic amount off product discounts" for specific products, which are set min quantity of items requirement.
- Please press the "Sync discount" button if the discount has any changes so that the app can update and display correctly.
