Specific Recipient Email
If you want the submissions to be sent to a specific email, you can add that email in this option. However, you can add only one email in this label. If you add multiple emails, the submissions will be sent to the first email.
If you leave this blank, the submissions will be sent to default recipient email addresses in the Settings page.
Auto response
You can enable this option to send a response to your customer after submitting the form.
The email will look like this:
You can also set up the message as well as your logo image in the app portal.
This option allows you to schedule the display time for the form.
