Normally, the customers can easily access and manage their recurring orders by logging into their account on the store.
However, with the customers not having the account on the store, how can they manage their subscriptions? The answer is Customer portal URL (Magic link ).
When a customer places a recurring order and opts in for a subscription, they will automatically get an notification email from your store (like the below screenshot).
The email contains an unique link, here it is the Manage subscription button.
When clicking on this button, your customers will be redirected to their order page on your store. Here your customers can manage their orders without needing to login, such as pausing, changing delivery dates, or canceling the subscription.
This link is generated by our Subee app, and it will be saved in Customer's Profile in our app.
In case your customers mistakenly delete the notification email or they can't find the email, you can copy this link and send them again.
