How To Integrate qikify Contact Form Builder in Pagefly?

In this article, you’ll learn about the qikify Contact Form Builder element and how to integrate it in Pagefly. In order to use this element, the qikify Contact Form Builder & Pagefly app have to be installed on your Shopify store.

How to Embed Form to a page

Since you can only integrate embed form in Pagefly, here is how you set up a embed form with qikify Contact Form Builder.

In Display > Open form in > select Embed Form if you want to display Contact Form in a page content, don't want to trigger form with a button.




Then you need to add this shortcode to the page content or liquid file:

<div contactform-embed='FORM_ID'></div>

Remember to replace FORM_ID with the number of your form, which you can find in the end of the url where you edit your form.


Then here is the easiest way to add this shortcode to use embed form:

  • Go to your page in Shopify admin → Edit your page.

  • In the Content editor, click the <> button to show HTML

  • Paste the shortcode into the Content editor & save.


How to Integrate qikify Contact Form in Pagefly

Step 1: In your PageFly Dashboard, head to the Extra Functions > Integrations > search for qikify Contact Form Builder > Activate qikify Contact Form Builder


Step 2: Open your PageFly page editor, qikify Contact Form Builder element will be listed under the Email Marketing category and called qikify - Contact Form Builder. Now you can drag and drop this element into your page editor.

Step 3: Back to qikify Contact Form Builder Dashboard, go to Settings > Token > Generate Token > Copy Token

Step 4: In PageFly editor, paste the token under qikify form builder access > connect to qikify form builder


Step 5: Choose the form you want to insert in your page

Step 6: You can customize the styling of the qikify Contact Form Builder element in the Styling tab.

Finally, Save and Publish the page to see the form on live view
