How to set up multiple Custom Fields?
You can create multiple Custom Fields forms in our Checkout Plus app.
However, you only can use up to 5 Custom Fields forms in your checkout page.
Each form you created will have an unique ID. You can find this Form ID after creating the form successfully.
You also can find the Form ID from the form list.
When adding the "Custom Fields" extension in the Checkout Editor, there is an input box called "Entry ID".
You need to copy the ID of the form you want to display, and add to this "Entry ID".
In case you leave the "Entry ID" blank, the app will display the latest created form, or the form with the highest priority.
If you have any questions, or if you need any help, please reach out to us at
support@qikify.zohodesk.com or just pin us through the live chat widget in the app's portal.
