How to Set Up Shopify Flow for New Form Submission Notifications
Follow these steps to set up Shopify Flow to receive notifications for new form submissions from the Qikify Contact Form Builder app.
Step 1: Open Qikify Contact Form Builder App
To get started, log in to your Shopify admin, and open the Qikify Contact Form Builder app.
Step 2: Enable Shopify Flow Integration
Go to the Settings page in Qikify Contact Form app.
Navigate to Integrations.
In the Shopify Flow section, select the option "Enable Shopify Flow." ⚠️ Note: If you do not turn on this option, you may receive duplicate email notifications—one from the Qikify system and another from Shopify Flow.
Step 3: Save Your Settings
Click Save to apply and save your settings.
Step 4: Open Shopify Flow App
Next, open the Shopify Flow app from your Shopify admin.
Step 5: Create a New Workflow
Click on Create workflow to set up a new automated workflow.
Step 6: Select the Trigger
Click on "Select trigger."
Choose the Qikify Contact Form Builder app.
Select the "Qikify Contact Form - Form submission" trigger.
