How to uninstall Contact Form?

UPDATE (September 1st, 2023):
Our Contact Form app does not add any codes or files to the theme. So you only need to uninstall the app from your Shopify store (no code need to delete)

Follow these steps to uninstall Contact Form app from your Shopify store:
1. Go to your Shopify admin > Settings


2. Go to Apps and sales channels > find qikify Contact Us Form Builder app > click on Uninstall button.


3. A popup will show up > click "Uninstall" button

Then, the Contact Form app will be removed from your store, and you will no longer be able to access to Contact Form app.
All your app data is stored in our database system, so you can get it back if you re-install Contact Form.
The subscription will automatically be canceled after you uninstall the app.
