How to use Booster Kit app

What is Booster Kit?

Booster Kit helps you to increase your store's conversions with upsell & cross-sell popup. 
- Setup new offer in a few minutes
- Customize a high-converted popup with ready-made templates and rich design options
- Trigger upsell & cross-sell offers with Add-to-cart button and/or Checkout button to boost order value
- Track and improve your upsell strategy with detailed metrics (views, add-to-cart, revenue generated, etc.)

How to setup an upsell/cross-sell offer?

  1. Let's start creating a new offer by clicking on the "Add new" button on Dashboard. It will automatically redirect you to the "Applications" page.  Or you can directly access to "Applications" page through the left sidebar. Choose either "Upsell" and "Cross-sell" and click the "Manage" button on the selected offer type. 
  2. Here you can see the offer list, where you can manage and edit each offer. Click on the "Add new" button to start making a new offer.
  3. You're now on the "Setup offer" page. For more 
    Follow all steps listed in the portal such as Choose upsell/cross-sell product, choose trigger products, etc. For more information, you can read this article.
    Once you've finished all the steps, click on the "Create" button". 
  4. Your upsell /cross-sell product is now created!

In order to display your offer in live store, you will have to choose your popup styles first. After creating your first offer, you will be redirected to "Popup" page to finish this process. 
If you select "Trigger by Add-to-cart button" option: Go to the product page of your trigger product -> Click "Add to cart" button to check the popup.
If you select the "Trigger by Checkout button" option: Go to the product page of your trigger product -> Click "Buy now" button to be redirected to Cart page -> Click "Checkout" button to check the popup.
You can only choose one upsell/ cross-sell product per offer, so if you want to choose multiple products to suggest for your customers, you'll have to create a new offer.

How to customize popup?

This layout will be automatically applied to all popups of your store, whether it's a upsell, cross-sell, or custom service popup. The "Upsell" section will be always above the "Cross-sell" and "Custom service" sections.

  1. On the left sidebar, click on the "Popup" option to customize the popup.
  2. Click the "Popup layout" button to expand the accordion. Here you can choose a template from our library and edit content for the popup. All the changes will be displayed on the popup preview. 
  3. On the left sidebar, scroll down to see more design options. Click "Popup customization" to personalize your popup. Here you can change font size, font family, text color, button color, etc. to match the look and feel of your store. 
  4. The popup is now ready to be launched. In case you need to tweak some display settings, click "Advanced settings" on the left sidebar.
