What difference between Image Chocie and Ratio/Multiple Choice?

'Image Choice' allows you to enhance your form by adding images to your choices. In other words, if you previously could only display text-based ratios or multiple-choice options, now you can improve clarity by visually representing your choices with images.

How to create Image Choice in qikify Contact Form Builder?

Step 1. Go to <Form Settings> -> <Field Settings> -> Choose the 'Image Choice' field

Step 2. Setting Up the 'Image Choice' Field
  1. Field name:  This option enables you to change the field name, which will appear in the submission only.
  2. Field placeholder: You can also modify the field placeholder, which will appear in the form


  1. Image options: This feature allows you to upload your image and customize the option label.


You can add additional image choices, delete them, and easily rearrange their positions.


  1. Is Required: Make this field required
  2. Hide Option Label: This setting allows you to hide the option label, displaying only the image.

  1. Allow Multiple Choices: This option enables buyers to select multiple choices

  1. Image Width and Height: You can customize the image's dimensions

How to change the Image Choice layout?

To create a different layout for the 'Image Choice,' you can adjust the image width and height.
  1. 2-column layout: 260px x 260px


  1. 3-column layout:  170px x 170px
