Instruction for Dott App by qikify


What is Dott App used for?

  1. Check and manage the status of your order on Dott - including OrderShippingReturn and Refund status.
  2. Sync your product from Shopify to Dott.

Settings

After installing our Dott app, you need to go to Settings tab to connect our app with your Dott's account.
  1. Contact with your Dott's account manager to get the Token of your Dott's account
  2. Insert the token you got from your account manager into our app:
  3. Hit Save
  4. Copy the Feed file name generated below and send to your Dott's account manager
After that, your Dott's account will be connected successfully with our app and you can go to other tabs to check your orders from Dott.

You only need to do those steps one time.

Order management

In this tab, you can see and manage your own Orders from Dott (ID, Order number, Status, …). 



Filters can also be applied to refine the search.



You can change status each order in table:
  1. Update a Merchant Order from “Payment Authorized” into “Cancelled”. This must be used if the seller cannot fulfill the Merchant Order for some reason and wants to cancel the Merchant Order. After, the Merchant Order will transition to “Cancelled” and no further actions are available.
  2. Update a Merchant Order from “Payment Authorized” into “Confirmed”, which means that the seller will be able to fulfill the Merchant Order. After, the Merchant Order will transition to “Confirmed” and will be ready to be processed.
  3. Update a Merchant Order from “Confirmed” into “Processed”. When the Merchant Order is processed, one and more parcels will be created and will be ready to be shipped.
You also can see the detailed information about a Merchant Order by clicking on the ID.



Parcel and Shipping management 


After all items are processed, the Merchant Order will include one or more parcels. You can see all parcels from your Dott in this tab.


Filters can also be applied to refine the search.



The seller can see the detailed information about a Parcel.  



Return and Refund

Returns

After order delivery, we need to process a return request. Since each return request is related with an item, we can have several return requests for the same Merchant Order. You can see all returns and manage the status of the return orders.



Filters can also be applied to refine the search.



You can change the status each return in this tab.



  1. When you accepts a return request > the Return status will change to “Accepted”.
  2. When you cancels a return request > the Return status will change to “Cancelled”.
  3. When the returned items are sent back, the Return status will change to “Received”.

You can see the detailed information of a return order by clicking on the ID




Refunds

In this tab, you only can check the status of all refund orders.



Filters can also be applied to refine the search.



With each return order is marked as Received in Return tab, there will have a return order created in this Return tab.
You can see the detailed information about a Refund.  



Product Feed

This tab will show all products from your Shopify's Products. You can select the products you want to sync to your Dott's account.



Tick on the products you want > Hit "Save Selected variants" button.
After that, the stock and price of product feeds on Dott will be updated hourly.
To make the selected product sync to your Dott, you will have to send the link of Feed file name to your Dott's account manager (this is one step when you set up our app).
