Switcher Settings

1. Display:

There are 2 ways to add the switcher to your theme: Inject to theme or Fixed position.

Inject to theme

If you want to inject the language switcher to your theme, here are some methods:
  1. Automatic detect theme: the switcher will be automatically added to the header of your theme. You can check our supported themes list here.
  2. Select a specific theme: this helps you select your theme's original name in case our app can't detect your theme or your theme has been renamed.
  3. Insert short code: You can add the short code to display the language switcher at the position you want. For more information, you can view this instruction.
  4. Use CSS selector (advanced): Find the CSS selector of the element where you want to insert the language switcher. The switcher will appear on that element. View this instruction.

Fixed position

The language switcher will display as a floating button on your theme.  You can modify the position of the switcher both on desktop and mobile.

2. Extra Settings:

  1. Inject to theme: change the trigger type for your switcher (Hover or Click), and show/hide the switcher on mobile.
  2. Fixed position: choose your switcher type (Dropdown trigger type or Line). With "Dropdown trigger", you can select the trigger type as Hover or Click.
