Refund requests must be submitted by February 6th, 2025. Any requests received after this date will not be processed.
Users are required to transition to the new pricing plan within the specified timeframe to qualify for a refund.
Subscription Criteria:
Refunds apply solely to users currently subscribed to a higher-priced plan who qualify for a lower-priced plan under the new pricing structure.
The maximum refund amount is limited to the equivalent of one month’s difference between the current plan and the new plan. For example:
Current plan: $19.99/month
New plan: $9.99/month
Refund amount: $10
To request a refund, users must adhere to the following steps:
Submit a formal request by contacting our support team at live chat support in-app or email support@qikify.com with the subject line: Refund Request - Pricing Changes.
Provide the following details in the email:
Shopify store name and associated email address.
Current subscription plan name.
Confirmation of a successful switch to the new pricing plan, if applicable.
All refund requests will be reviewed within 5 to 7 business days from the date of submission. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the subscription.
Users who choose to remain on their current plan without switching to the new pricing plan by February 6th, 2025, will not be eligible for any refunds.
This refund policy is exclusively applicable to the pricing structure changes announced on January 22nd, 2025.
Refund claims are limited to one request per eligible subscription.
