Setting 

Message  



With sold count message, you can customize content and language to serve your purpose. 
Please DO NOT edit variable {NUMBER} and {TIME} because our app will auto-import number of orders, time data based on these variables. However, you can reorder these variables, or remove the variable you don't want to show up on sold count.
You can create 2-line content by "Enter"
{NUMBER} variable stands for the number of orders.

Lookback time & Format


  1. Lookback time: How far should we look back with the dates/time of orders. Every each selected time, {NUMBER} will be auto refreshed.
    For example: If you choose to look back for 6 days, it means that every 6 days, {NUMBER} variable will change.
  2. Format: Change the unit of lookback TIME. We support both hours and days format.
Please change the message content accordingly to time format.

Import orders NUMBER


  1. Real number (Import from Shopify orders)
  2. Random number: control the number of orders you want to show on Sold Count 
    1. Average NUMBER of order (If you choose random number): The popup then shows a random number of visitors based on the entered average NUMBER of orders. We will randomize numbers in a range of 40% lower/higher than the selected number. 
      For example: If the average NUMBER of orders is 100.  The random range will be from 60 to 140.
  3. Hide popup if {NUMBER} is less than: Auto hide sold count popup if the number of orders is less than the selected number.

Display time


  1. Duration of a popup: How long a pop up will last.
  2. Delay before first popup shows: The first pop up on each page will be displayed after a selected time.
  3. Reopen after: Time between each popup
  4. Show close button: Enable this option to display a close button when hovering over the popup. If a popup is closed, it will reappear after a specific time (you can set this time in "Reopen after" option).
Merchant could also set up random reopen Sold Count popup.

  1. Min delay: Minimum of reopen popup time.
  2. Max delay: Maximum of reopen popup time.

Position & Display


  1. Select pages to show your popup:
    1. All papes: show popup on every page 
    2. Homepage only: show popup on homepage only 
    3. Exactly URL: paste the full and exact page URLs where to display your popup
    4. Only pages with URL: only show popup on some specific pages (you can add multiple pages, separate with "enter" and don't forget the protocol "http://", "https://")
    5. Any pages except the following: exclude popup on some specific page (you can add multiple pages, separate with "enter" and don't forget the protocol "http://", "https://")
Note:
For the "Only page with URL" and "Any page except the following pages" option, they will recognize any URL containing the link you add.
For example: in the "Only page with URL" field, you paste a product's link: myshopify.com/product-A/ 
Popup will show on all links starting with myshopify.com/product-A/, eg. /product-A/?ref=..., /product-A/utm=...

To avoid the case that some pages have the same part in URL (eg. /product-A and /product-ABC), you can resort to Exactly URL.
  1. Position: Customize pop up position with Bottom left, Bottom right, Top left, Top right.
  2. Top/Bottom: Increase or reduce pixels to put the popup in suitable position.
  3. Right/Left: Increase or reduce pixels to put the popup far from right/left of the page.
Moreover, merchant could set up to display the popup at different position on mobile ver.

  1. Hide on mobile: Enable this option to hide popup on mobile.
  2. Set different position on mobile: Enable this option to set up different position on mobile.
    1. Position: Customize pop up position with Bottom left, Bottom right, Top left, Top right. 
    2. Bottom/Top: Increase or reduce pixels to put the popup in suitable position.
    3. Left/Right: Increase or reduce pixels to put the popup far from left/right of the page.
Remember to set position differently between each app (sales pop, visitor count, sold count...) to avoid overlapping.

Styling


  1. Shape: Choose the shape of Sold Count popup.
  2. Background color: Customize the background color to synchronize Sold Count popup with the rest of your store.
  3. Highlight color (link & icons color): Edit once for both number of visitors and icon.
  4. Text color: Edit the message color.
