Thank you page

You can create Cross-sell and Customer service offers in Thank you page.
In Trigger Button settings, choose Show offer when on Thank you page.
In Thank you page, the offers will only display as Embed.


After finishing the setup of your offer, go to Style settings to change the display of offer on Thank you page.
You can show offers as List or Carousel. Note: you need to change Preview type to Embed to see the preview of offer on Thank you page.


If the customer pick an offer on Thank you page, they will get back to first step of checkout and they will need to fill the checktout information again.
