[Version 2] Upsurge (Upgrade) offer

1. What is Upsurge (Upgrade) offer?

An Upsurge (Upgrade) offer typically involves encouraging the customer to purchase a higher-end version of the product they originally intended to buy.


2. How to setup an Upsurge (Upgrade) offer?

Step 1: Create offer

Let's start creating a new offer by clicking on the "Create Offer" button on Dashboard. It will automatically redirect you to the "Manage offers" tab.  Or you can directly access to "Manage offers" tab through the left sidebar. Choose "Upsurge (Upgrade)" and click the "Create" button on the selected offer type.


Step 2: Offer Settings

  1. Offer title and subtitle: 

You can set the title and subtitle for your offer to encourage customers to upgrade the original product.

  1. Show offer:

You can decide which page to show the Upsurge offer:
  1. Product page (when click on "Add to cart" button)
  2. Cart page (when click on "Checkout" button)
  3. Both of two pages

  1. Trigger settings:

You will need to select the product you want to trigger the offer.
  1. All products: All products will trigger the offer popup
  2. Collections: All products in the selected collections will trigger the offer popup
  3. Product Tags: All products has selected product tags will trigger the offer popup
  4. Specific products: Select specific products you want to trigger the offer popup (multiple select)

  1. Offer settings:

Here you will choose the product you want to make the upsurge offer. You can search the product or browse the products from list. More than one product can be selected.

  1. Extra settings:

    1. Allow customers to buy more than 1 product offers: Enable this option to allow customers pick more than 1 offered products.
    2. Allow customers to change the quantity of each line item: The maximum quantity of the offer products that can be added to cart.

  1. Discount settings: 

You can decide whether to apply discount or not. There are two types of discount value: Percentage (discount based on percentage) and Fixed amount (discount based on fixed amount). 

  1. Max discount uses: The maximum number of times the discount can be used in total

  2. Display conditions:

When enabling conditions, you can display the offer only when the conditions are met.

  1. Combinations:

If you want to let customers combine different discounts together, please enable this option. You can select to combine this offer's discount with: Product discounts, Order discounts or Shipping discounts.

  1. Advanced settings: 

    1. Active dates: You can set the date the offer will start and end there.

  1. Discount badge settings: Here you can set up the badge for your offer item.

Step 3: Save Settings

Once you've finished all the steps, click on the "Save" button on the top right corner or "Save Offer" button on the bottom right of the page. Your offer is now created!
