What's new in the app version 2.0?

2. What’s new in version 2.0

2.1. New UI and setting flow:






  • Version 2.0 is more performant, flexible, and seamlessly integrated with the Shopify admin. It provides a consistent and intuitive user experience.
  • As we use the latest technology Shopify Functions and their infrastructure, version 2 is faster and more scalable, so you can say goodbye to limited bandwidth and crashing websites, even on the busiest sales days of the year.

3. Things you need to know before updating to new version

3.1. You should NOT update to version 2.0 if:


  • You are running Thank You Page Upsell offers
  • You are running Customer Service offers

In version 2.0, Thank You Page Upsell and Customer Service feature will be temporarily unavailable in an effort to improve app performance. Rest assured, we will provide more information whenever this feature is back in due course.

3.2. Features and pricing when merchants update to version 2.0:

If you update from version 1.0 to version 2.0, you can continue using app FREE FOREVER with the following features:



If you want to use the full range of new and updated features in version 2.0, you will need to follow a new pricing plan. The pricing plan is based on the usage and needs of your business. To learn more about the pricing plan, please visit here.

3.3. If version 2.0 is successfully updated:

  • All current settings in v1 will be reset.

  • Once you confirm to update, you CANNOT downgrade it to version 1.0.

  • The app interface will be completely replaced by version 2.0 where merchants can create and publish new offers there.

3.4. If you choose to stay with version 1.0:


You can still use all available features with your current plan as usual. However, please note that we won’t be taking any custom requests for version 1.0 as we prioritize the development of the new version.
